Sauteed Peppers
Ingredients
1 Lg sweet onion
1 Lg yellow Bell Pepper
1 Lg orange Bell Pepper
1 Tbsp. olive Oil
1 Tbsp. S.A. Braai Chutney
Preparation
Slice onion and peppers into 1/2 inch pieces, and sauté in olive oil over medium heat until they begin to sweat.
Add mustard and S.A. Braai Chutney to combine.
Serve as a side dish to your favorite protein!
