Creamy Sausage Pasta

Ingredients
8 - 12 oz long pasta
1 lb. linked sausage
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 lg. onion (sweet, yellow or red)
1/2 sweet red bell pepper
1 tsp. garlic, minced
2 tbsp. dry white wine
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup S.A. Braai Chutney
Fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish (optional)
Preparation
Bring large pot of water to boil. Add salt. Cook pasta to desired tenderness.
Meanwhile, fully cook sausage links in pan or grill, drain & let rest while preparing sauce.
Chop onion & red peppers and sauté in pan with olive oil.
Mix in garlic & white wine.
Increase heat to medium/high, add chutney & whipping cream. Stir to combine.
Once mixed together reduce heat & let simmer for 5 minutes.
Slice sausage and add to sauce.
Serve sauce over pasta. Garnish with fresh rosemary or thyme leaves, if desired.
